The most prominent design on my digipak is the 'line drawing'. I wanted a sketch image of the London Skyline, as inspired by Abigail Daker. In order to replicate her artwork, I took a photograph of our filming location; first changed it to black and white, then used the trace contour tool to replicate a sketch drawing. After some contract tweaks, and merging several layers of 'sketches'. I was left with an image I was happy to use across the entire inside cover of my digipak.
I am going to use the same technique for the image on the front cover of the album, to keep it consistent. I'm hoping that it looks like a single pencil drawing across all six sides of the digipak, as it the artist did not lift their pencil from the page.
