Inspiration: Ultimate Hell Week

In relation to the theme of our music video, I started to watch BBC2's series 'Ultimate Hell Week'. It followed the journey of 29 of the UK's fittest men and women, as they endured training from various special forces around the world. The television show was great for showing the physical and mental challenges of army training and also enforced 'girl power'. 
 The show was won by Dr Clare Miller, a 32 year old doctor and duathlete. She endured weeks of sleep deprivation and bootcamp exercises and 'surf torture', to become one of Britain's toughest women. The show captured her sheer determination with 'Miller's smash face' going viral on the internet. In our music video, I hope to recreate some of those close up facials (maybe not so intense) but I'm hoping to show our protagonist being ruthless, and pushing her limits. This will help to build a stronger message of empowerment.
